Sprawling Phoenix has something of a love-hate relationship with transit: it's sole light rail system has exceeded ridership expectations, yet dedicated opponents are are working hard to stop its expansion. This proposal adds 3 new routes on dedicated rail rights-of-way, adding an interchange with the airport shuttle system.
- Orange (Valley Metro Rail): 20 miles, 28 stations
- Yellow: 19 miles, 13 stations
- Green: 57 miles, 24 stations
- Blue: 56 miles, 30 stations
I've also found a great new resource to produce transit maps in MetroMapMaker.
